We love every chance we get to recognize our people for their outstanding work. Each year in December, ISI presents three awards to individuals who have demonstrated excellence in teamwork and customer service. In this issue of the Insider, we are honored to present the 2014 recipients.

The Employee of the Year is selected internally by vote of ISI employees, and recognizes the employee who consistently demonstrates ISI’s core values of Integrity, Service and Innovation. This year, we have two such individuals who were selected for this award. Congratulations to Todd Sasser and Janis Sweek, the 2014 Employees of the Year.

Todd has been with ISI since April 1997, and has been promoted to several positions throughout Support, Training and Development.  For the last eight years, Todd has served as Support Manager. Todd, thank you for your outstanding work!

Janis began her work at ISI in 2010 as a Support Technician and has since worked her way up through support to become the Installation Coordinator. Janis, thank you for your excellent work and the commitment you have to customers!

The CEO Choice award is given to an employee who contributes greatly to the success of ISI, though due to the nature of their responsibilities, their efforts may not be visible outside the walls of the company. Congratulations to Ben Arthur, the 2014 CEO Choice award recipient!

Ben began his work at ISI in 2003 as a support technician and has spent time in different positions over the years until taking over the role of Project Manager in 2013. He was asked to assume responsibility for numerous ongoing and new projects. Ben has excelled with passion and perseverance to become an expert in his new role. Thank you Ben for your hard work!

The Support Person of the Year is selected by vote of our customers (you!) to honor the support technician who provides consistently excellent service.  Thank you for taking the time to vote and for the many encouraging comments included with your submissions.  Customer satisfaction is the true measure of our success, which is why customer votes are the highest honor a support technician can receive.  Congratulations to Victor Bartruff III, the 2014 Support Person of the Year.

Victor has been with ISI since 1992 and has worked his way up through Support to become a Tier II Support/webCentral Report Writer. In the last few years, Victor has moved over to support our webCentral product. It is a testament to him that even in a role with less customer exposure, you have continued to recognize the efforts and the manner in which he serves. Thank you Victor for your continued strong work!
