Where it all began.

In August of 1988, Integrated Services, Inc.(ISI)TM installed its first LubeSoft® management software system at an Oil Can Henry’s® location in Las Vegas, Nevada. Twenty-five years later, ISI is now the leading provider of point-of-sale computer software for the fast lube industry. By the end of 2011, ISI’s fast lube software products were in use in over 2,500 lube centers throughout the U.S., Canada, and the world.

ISI started in August of 1987, when Peter Barram (Founder of ISI) began researching the potential market for fast lube software. Peter’s interest in this area began during his employment as Regional Director of Operations of a large fast lube chain. The following year, Steve Barram (CEO of ISI) joined his brother Peter to help launch LubeSoft and on March 21, 1988 ISI officially incorporated with the state of Oregon. In the 25 years since, ISI has grown to become the market leading software provider to the fast lube industry.  The company’s commitment to excellent service and robust product development has made LubeSoft the most recommended fast lube software solution.

The same visionary mindset that led ISI to pioneer business management systems for fast lubes took ISI into the car wash market ten years later. In 1998, ISI launched WashSoft®, a comprehensive point-of-sale system for the car wash industry. Fully integrated with the WashTEC® rTC™ tunnel controller and industry-leading auto cashiers, WashSoft utilizes the latest industry technology to offer a total management system for car wash owners.

Our employees at ISI combine strong technical skills with a first hand knowledge of the automotive industry to create products and services that drive value for ISI customers. As a result, ISI continues to grow and experience great success in serving both the fast lube and car wash industries.
