Our History

Founded in 1987, ISI set out to transform the quick lube industry with technology that simplifies operations and enhances customer service. That commitment took shape with the launch of our flagship product, LubeSoft®—a point-of-sale solution that quickly became the go-to system for quick lube centers across the country.

As the industry evolved, so did we. Building on the strength and success of LubeSoft, we introduced LubeSoft Express—a streamlined, cloud-based solution designed for operators who want the same trusted performance in a more flexible, scalable format. This next-generation platform reflects our focus on meeting the evolving needs of today’s fast-paced quick lube businesses.

Today, our software supports over 2,500 shops and facilitates more than 22 million oil changes annually. This legacy of long-standing relationships and dependable service underscores our commitment to the industry.

Ashley Kelm

President

​Ashley Kelm serves as the President of ISI Software, a leading provider of point-of-sale and business management solutions for the fast lube and automotive service industries. Based in Portland, Oregon, ISI Software has been a pioneer in developing software tailored to the unique needs of quick lube centers and automotive service businesses.

In her role, Kelm brings strategic vision and deep SaaS industry expertise to her role. Under her leadership, ISI has launched powerful tools like Lubesoft Express—a cloud-based platform designed for ease of use, smart reporting, and operational efficiency—as well as AI-driven customer retention and loyalty solutions – via ISI Marketing. Guided by the company’s core values of Integrity, Service, and Innovation, Ashley is driving ISI Software forward as a trusted partner in helping automotive businesses grow and thrive. As a Six Sigma Black-Belt, Kelm has a keen focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction, she and her team at ISI Software are poised to lead the industry in delivering cutting-edge solutions that meet the evolving needs of the automotive service sector.

In her free time, Kelm enjoys surfing, hiking, golfing, traveling the world, and volunteering in wildlife rehabilitation. Joining her on many of these adventures are her two loyal four-legged companions—Tabby and Sydney, an Australian Heeler and Shepherd.

Todd Sasser

VP, Support Services

Todd Sasser is the Vice President of Support Services at ISI, where he has contributed over 28 years of leadership and dedication. In this role, Todd oversees customer support operations with a strong focus on delivering reliable service and tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of ISI’s clients. His deep industry knowledge and commitment to continuous improvement have played a key role in shaping ISI’s reputation for excellence in customer support.

Before joining ISI, Todd spent six years managing multiple Quick Lube facilities—where he was also an ISI customer. This unique perspective allows him to understand client challenges firsthand and advocate for practical, user-focused enhancements to ISI’s software solutions. His experience on both sides of the business has been instrumental in building lasting client relationships and driving operational excellence across the organization.

Outside of work, Todd is a big Seahawks fan, enjoys working on cars, visiting the beach and spending time with friends and family.

Ben Arthur

Director, Development

Ben Arthur is the Director of Development at ISI Software, bringing over 23 years of experience in the Quick Lube Software industry. Starting his career as a Support Technician, Ben worked his way up, leveraging his deep technical knowledge and passion for problem-solving to transition into development. As Director of Development, he oversees multiple teams and projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient collaboration, high-quality outcomes, and continuous growth. His extensive background in both technical support and development allows him to bridge the gap between customer needs and innovative solutions, making him a key asset to the company.

Known for his exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong, cohesive teams, Ben fosters an environment where collaboration thrives. He is committed to mentoring his team members and cultivating an atmosphere of trust and creativity, which drives continuous improvement and success.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys coaching soccer and basketball, where he applies his leadership skills to help young athletes develop both on and off the field. He cherishes spending time with his wife, Dani, and watching their kids grow and thrive, balancing his professional and personal life with a focus on family and community.

Jeffrey Fisch

Director, Information Technology

Jeffrey Fisch serves as the Director of Information Technology at ISI Software, a leading software development company specializing in solutions for the automotive industry. With over 25 years at ISI, Jeffrey brings deep institutional knowledge and a wealth of experience to his role, overseeing the company’s IT infrastructure and systems. His leadership ensures the stability, security, and scalability of the technologies that support both internal operations and client solutions.

Outside the office, Jeffrey is actively involved in his community through volunteering with the Boy Scouts of America. He enjoys spending his free time camping, traveling, and making memories with his family. His passion for mentorship and exploration mirrors his professional approach—always learning, leading, and building for the future.

Leanne Sasser

Manager, Client Success

Leanne Sasser is the Manager of Client Success at ISI Software, where she leads both the Client Success Managers and Administration Teams to deliver exceptional service and support to our customers. Since joining ISI in 2009, Leanne has worn many hats—starting in Financial Administration before taking on roles as Assistant Controller and Office Manager. She enjoys coordinating company events and creating opportunities for team connections and celebration. Her diverse experience and deep understanding of the company’s operations make her a vital part of ISI’s leadership team, where she is dedicated to ensuring a smooth, responsive, and “white glove” experience for clients.

Outside of work, Leanne is an avid cat lover and enjoys expressing her creativity through jewelry making. She also loves going to musical concerts, taking beach trips, and spending time with family and friends. Whether it’s enjoying live music or relaxing by the ocean, Leanne finds joy and balance in meaningful moments and shared experiences.

Ash Bullard

President, Automotive Vertical

As President of the Automotive Vertical at Fullsteam, Ash Bullard brings a deep passion for leadership development to foster continuous improvement throughout the organization. His leadership philosophy is rooted in empowering team members through mentorship and creating meaningful growth opportunities that advance both individual careers and overall business success. Drawing on a strong background in business ownership and strategic management, Bullard currently oversees ISI and is dedicated to enhancing products and processes through collaborative innovation.

Ash's professional journey began in medical sales, working in orthopedic operating rooms, where he founded and later sold his own business. In 2001, he transitioned to the quick lube industry with PM Attendant, a company later acquired by Fullsteam—also the parent company of ISI. In 2024, Bullard assumed his current leadership role, overseeing Fullsteam’s Quick Lube Vertical. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and staying active on the tennis court, where he channels his competitive spirit through friendly matches.

Ryan Gibney

Vertical Vice President of Sales

Ryan Gibney serves as the Auto & ERP Group Vice President of Sales at Fullsteam, a financial software company. With a strong background in sales and management, he oversees all sales and go-to-market strategies for ISI.

Ryan's expertise lies in aligning technology solutions with the specific needs of the automotive industry. His strategic approach has been pivotal in enhancing market presence and delivering value to customers. His contributions continue to shape the company's success in the competitive landscape of financial and automotive software solutions.

Ryan lives in Northern California with his wife and kids. He enjoys running and doing anything on two wheels.
