If your stores are connected to ISI Central and Electronic Updates, they will soon receive an Electronic Service Manual (“ESM”) update containing important filter application changes from many filter manufacturers. The filter application changes are being made by the filter manufacturers in response to specifications for certain General Motors (GM) vehicles. The ESM update will be applied automatically at stores with Electronic Updates activated.

If your stores are NOT connected to ISI Central and/or Electronic Updates, the filter changes will be available via DVD with the 15.13 version update coming in early May 2018.

This is a good time to begin utilizing ISI Central and Electronic Updates services available from ISI.
