Service and Leadership

Undeniably excellent customer service and market leadership distinguish ISI from the competition. ISI invests heavily in its support staff, which by itself is larger than the entire staff of most other fast lube and car wash software companies. Support begins when a member of ISI’s certified training team comes to each store to install the system and train employees to use it effectively. Customized training and consulting services are also available.

ISI’s fast and friendly phone support is readily available over 100 hours a week to answer questions, clarify new features and listen to ideas for improving the system. The 25+ person support staff is trained in all facets of the system (software, operating system, hardware diagnostics) and can dial into your stores’ computer without interrupting the flow of business.
