Touchpad Greeter

The Touchpad Greeter electronically connects your service writing station to WashSoft, improving traffic flow and increasing throughput. Real-time sales functions allow employees to sell services and instantly transfer wash tickets to the cashier. At the same time, the Touchpad Greeter sends a signal to the WashTEC® Tunnel Equipment Controller. This ensures that every car receives the correct service. Tight, seamless integration reduces transaction time, risk of error and theft.

The standard keyboard design allows employees to capture customer and vehicle ID at the service writing station. Using WashSoft’s Customer Tracking, employees can instantly process customer loyalty cards and programs. The Touchpad Greeter can even be used to access WashSoft’s timeclock — allowing employees to clock in/out without using the cashier or
manager station.
