Multi-Store Management
Office Information Link™(OIL) is designed for the owner of multiple stores using the LubeSoft® point-of-sale system to provide central management of various business functions. Forget the days of traveling from store to store to make system changes or get reports. With OIL, you can change coupon and discount information, update inventory costs, and print store reports from one location. You can send new or edited data to all stores from the central office at any time of day without interrupting store transactions. And with OIL’s electronic messaging system, you can send notes to your stores and receive responses the next time a connection is made. You can even get reports and store statistics such as ticket average and labor percent in real time. With OIL you can electronically visit all of your stores in one day without leaving your home or office.
Vehicle || History
OIL allows you to share vehicle histories with all of your stores or with any selection of stores you choose. Every night OIL collects the vehicle histories from each store and consolidates them into one list at the central office. OIL saves the new vehicle data and distributes it to the stores you specify the next time a connection is made. From the central office, customer information can be added, changed or updated using the Maintain Vehicle History feature. You can also create reminder cards for customers from all stores at one time. This reduces the chance of sending duplicate mailings to customers who have visited more than one of your stores. Fleet || Management
OIL allows you to keep a close watch on fleet accounts and provide your stores with up-to-date information. Set up or edit fleet accounts from the central office and distribute the information to each store. The Fleet Management Report lists the services performed on each vehicle under a particular fleet account. This report is often sent to account managers to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Using ISI’s add-on A/R module, you can control accounts receivable and print all A/R statements from the central office for all stores .
Inventory || Management
OIL provides you with central inventory management. Add new inventory items, change the cost, change the retail price, and set up any item in any store from one location. With standardized inventory information, you can accurately control your inventory value and pricing levels for your stores.
