Employee Tracking

While LubeSoft enables you to track the three main employees who worked on an invoice, you can also track up to three employees per item on that invoice! This means for each service or part sold to a customer, you can see specifically who sold it, as well as two additional employees who worked on it. When used with its two reports, this feature provides you with better information for holding employees accountable for their work, generating employee incentive programs, as well as information for specific productivity for sales and repair staff.

LubeSoft’s Employee Activity By Item report provides sales and service statistics per employee for the information you need for calculating employee commissions and other effective incentive programs.

More || Accountability

The Employee Activity By Invoice report names every employee who worked on an invoice (including the three main employee positions) for each inventory item tracked and lists which functions they were performing — such as sales, mechanic, etc. This provides a quick way for you to see who worked on a particular vehicle without reprinting an invoice.
