Every year, ISI recognizes three employees for their excellence, teamwork, and customer service with three awards that are named Employee of the Year, CEO Choice, and Support Person of the Year.  With this issue of Insider, we are pleased to announce the 2013 recipients and hope you will join us in congratulating them as you have opportunity.

The Employee of the Year is selected by vote of ISI employees, and it recognizes the employee who regularly demonstrates ISI’s core values of Integrity, Service and Innovation.  Congratulations to Todd Sasser, the 2013 Employee of the Year.  Todd has been with ISI since April 1997, and has been promoted to several positions throughout Support, Training and Development.  For the past several years, Todd has served as Support Manager.  Thank you, Todd, for your excellent work and commitment to customers and your team.

The CEO Choice award is given to an employee who contributes greatly to the success of ISI, though due to the nature of their responsibilities, their efforts may not be visible outside the walls of the company.  Congratulations to Kelvin Ngai, the 2013 CEO Choice Award winner.  Kelvin began his career with ISI in 1991 as a support technician and grew into several other positions until he found his calling among our Development team.  Kelvin is a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer and we want to express our appreciation for his dedicated work, which is critical to ensuring high quality product releases for customers.

The Support Person of the Year is selected by vote of our customers (you!) to honor the support technician who provides consistently excellent service.  Thank you for taking the time to vote and for the many encouraging comments included with your submissions.  Customer satisfaction is the true measure of our success, which is why customer votes are the highest honor a support technician can receive.  Congratulations to Victor Bartruff III, the 2013 Support Person of the Year.  Victor has been with ISI since 1992 and has worked his way up through Support to become a Tier II Support/webCentral Report Writer.  His above-and-beyond approach to Support has made this his tenth award in his career at ISI.  Thank you for your strong commitment to service, Victor.
